She holds a Master’s degree from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka, and brings over 13 years of hands-on experience across biopharma and healthcare.
Her career has focused on quality systems, regulatory compliance, and building scalable healthcare solutions. She has worked closely with cross-functional teams to design processes that meet strict clinical standards while remaining practical for real-world use.
At SilverCare, she is focused on solving a critical gap in eldercare. Many seniors fall between hospital care and daily support at home. Komal is building solutions that connect these two worlds in a seamless way.
Her approach is grounded in three priorities.
